The best I can say is that the office ladies were awesome. Dr. Mahmood completely dismissed me as I apparently didn't appear to be in enough pain for anything to be wrong. He only took xrays of my ankle even though I kept telling him it was my foot that was really hurting me. When I went back 3 weeks later for my follow up and told him I was still having quite a bit of pain, especially to the touch in a certain spot, he said it was just nerve pain and some of it was "anticipatory". A few days after that (one month after my injury) I got a second opinion from someone who listened and took a full set of foot xrays...and it turns out my calcaneous is fractured. I could be much closer to fully healed and getting on with things now if Dr. Mahmood had taken me seriously, instead of starting over with the whole process of wearing a boot for a month and needing PT.

Office was unclean. Staff was kind but talked openly and loudly about work related issues with patients in the office. No privacy. Overheard Dr on a call quite clearly & from behind closed doors while in the waiting room. I was referred here & Dr dismissed the referral as unnecessary. Very odd experience.
