His care was always great. But I haven't seen him in about a year. I called and got a appointment to get ready for surgery consultation. Few days before the appointment they called and canceled the appointment and told me they don't know when he'll be back. The then tried setting me up with another dr but I declined because I never heard of him. I let them know I would wait until Dr kora refer me to a doctor

The best I can say is that the office ladies were awesome. Dr. Mahmood completely dismissed me as I apparently didn't appear to be in enough pain for anything to be wrong. He only took xrays of my ankle even though I kept telling him it was my foot that was really hurting me. When I went back 3 weeks later for my follow up and told him I was still having quite a bit of pain, especially to the touch in a certain spot, he said it was just nerve pain and some of it was "anticipatory". A few days after that (one month after my injury) I got a second opinion from someone who listened and took a full set of foot xrays...and it turns out my calcaneous is fractured. I could be much closer to fully healed and getting on with things now if Dr. Mahmood had taken me seriously, instead of starting over with the whole process of wearing a boot for a month and needing PT.

Office was unclean. Staff was kind but talked openly and loudly about work related issues with patients in the office. No privacy. Overheard Dr on a call quite clearly & from behind closed doors while in the waiting room. I was referred here & Dr dismissed the referral as unnecessary. Very odd experience.
